In the glass, this Moppity Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 bursts with bold black fruits of dark plums, violets, cassis, subtle spice, cigar box and cedar that scream Hilltops elegance.
The powerful yet seamless palate surges with liquid cassis over layers of red and black fruits, graphite, fine oaky notes and supple tannins that finish long and poised – a 2017 vintage triumph. It’ll crush grass-fed rib-eye, slow-roast lamb shanks or aged cheddar, turning winter feasts legendary. Seriously structured brilliance that’ll cellar another decade.
