Ministry of Clouds Clare Valley Riesling 2025 is a beautifully precise, bone-dry Clare classic from Ministry of Clouds, delivering perfume, purity and mouth-watering mineral drive in equal measure. It is a sleek, contemporary Australian Riesling with terrific intensity, made for lovers of bright citrus, high-definition freshness and serious refreshment.
Lavender and lime leaf rise first, followed by Tahitian lime, lemon pith, grapefruit and crisp Granny Smith apple. Bath salts, musk and chalky mineral notes add unmistakable Clare Valley character, while fine natural acidity draws the flavours into a long, dry, citrus-charged finish with lovely tension.
The 2025 Ministry of Clouds Clare Valley Riesling is spot-on with oysters, salt-and-pepper squid, sushi, chilli prawns or Thai green papaya salad. Its zesty acidity cuts beautifully through goat’s cheese, tempura vegetables and aromatic Asian dishes. Chill it thoroughly and enjoy an electrifying white that is just as brilliant as an aperitif.
