The Evan’s & Tate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc (SSB) has been cold fermented and bottled early to retain the attractive and vibrant flavours so characteristic of this variety.
Pale straw in colour with green tinges, the intense aromas of passionfruit and lychees overlay a subtle undercurrent of herbal notes. Mouth watering, zesty tropical fruit flavours dance on the tongue. The palate has a long and persistent finish.
