Domaine Naturaliste Discovery Sauvignon Blanc Semillon typically shows lifted gooseberry, lychee, passionfruit skin and citrus from the Sauvignon, with fig, white grapefruit and a chalky mineral line from the Semillon. A portion barrel‑fermented and aged on lees introduces exotic spice, raw cashew and cheese‑rind savouriness, knitting the juicy fruit into a gently textural, balanced palate with ginger spice and a cleansing, grapefruity finish.

This Discovery SBS is a natural with BBQ prawns, lobster rolls, grilled fish, salt‑and‑pepper squid or prawn dumplings, and it can also handle mildly spiced Thai or Vietnamese seafood where its acidity and texture shine.
