Aromatyk

"Aromatyk" (Polish for "aromatic") refers broadly to a style of white wine made from grape varieties that are naturally rich in fragrant, floral, and fruit-driven aromas. These wines are celebrated for their expressive bouquets, which are a result of high concentrations of aroma compounds-particularly terpenes-found in certain grape varieties. The tradition of producing aromatic white wines is strong in many wine regions, with classic examples coming from Germany, France, Italy, Austria, and New Zealand, among others.
