The Yard Riversdale Cabernet Sauvignon 2025 is a refined Frankland River red from Larry Cherubino, shaped by the cool, elevated Riversdale Vineyard to deliver plummy fruit, graphite detail and the velvety structure that makes Western Australian Cabernet so compelling.
The Yard Riversdale Cabernet Sauvignon 2025 opens with redcurrant, blackcurrant and ripe plum, layered with violet, bay leaf, cigar box and crushed graphite. Juicy dark fruit builds through the palate, with subtle oak and a savoury earthiness adding depth. Fine, velvety tannins and fresh acidity carry the wine to a long, polished finish.
Decant this Frankland River Cabernet Sauvignon for rosemary roast lamb, beef bourguignon, pepper-crusted steak or venison pie. It also shines beside mushroom dishes, hard aged cheddar and dark chocolate. Elegant but confidently structured, this is a beautifully balanced Australian Cabernet made for a proper dinner and rewarding cellaring.
