Eden Hall Block 3 Cabernet Sauvignon 2021, crafted by Phil Lehmann in South Australia’s Eden Valley, delivers an alluring combination of deeply concentrated black fruit, savoury herbs and silky finesse. Selected vineyard rows and 18 months in French oak, including 40% new barrels, give this premium Cabernet depth and polished character.
Blackberry, blackcurrant and black cherry aromas mingle with sage, cedar, tobacco and a touch of chocolate-mint. White pepper, bay leaf and vanilla add savoury complexity, while the palate balances generous black fruit with subtle herbal nuances. The 2021 Eden Hall Block Three Cabernet Sauvignon finishes seamlessly with silky tannins.
Serve with rosemary-roasted lamb, chargrilled beef fillet or slow-braised short ribs. Aged cheddar makes another delicious partner, complementing the wine’s fruit and savoury depth. Enjoy it over a generous dinner now, or cellar carefully for further development, with the producer suggesting drinking beyond 2032.
