Ministry of Clouds Adelaide Hills GG 2024 is an irresistibly fragrant, bone-dry aromatic white from Ministry of Clouds, built for bold flavours and warm-weather drinking. It is a modern Adelaide Hills blend with serious personality – exotic, textural and savoury, yet held perfectly in check by brisk, citrusy freshness.

Lychee, musk and dried mandarin peel leap from the glass, followed by honeysuckle, lemongrass, pink grapefruit and a juicy hit of spicy jackfruit. Beneath the perfume sits a compelling wild savouriness, while sandy, chalky tannins and a flicker of ginger and salt give the 2024 Ministry of Clouds GG plenty of grip and drive.

The Ministry of Clouds Adelaide Hills GG 2024 is made for chilli-laced prawns, aromatic Thai curries, Vietnamese salads, Korean fried chicken or Sichuan-style tofu.
