About this product
Gapsted Valley Selection Chardonnay 2024 is a polished cool-climate Chardonnay from Gapsted Estate in Victoria’s King Valley, marrying bright alpine freshness with generous stone fruit, subtle smoky complexity and beautifully measured oak.
Citrus blossom, lemon and white nectarine are layered with grapefruit, roasted hazelnut and a touch of gun smoke. The palate is medium-bodied and vibrant, moving from juicy citrus and peach through creamy barrel-ferment texture, while a fresh mineral line gives the finish drive, length and an appealing savoury edge.
Serve Gapsted Estate Valley Selection Chardonnay 2024 with roast chicken, creamy mushroom pasta, pork cutlet, grilled trout or buttery scallops.
