Majella GPL68 Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 is a distinguished Coonawarra flagship from Majella Wines, drawn from Cabernet vines planted in 1968. This is serious, cellar-worthy Australian Cabernet, marrying powerful dark fruit with the restraint, perfume and polished structure that make Coonawarra so compelling.
Cassis, blackberry and mulberry unfold with classic bay leaf, fresh mint, eucalypt, cedar and tobacco notes. French oak is seamlessly integrated, shaping a deep, refined palate where immaculate acidity and ripe, fine-grained tannins build through an exceptionally long, elegant finish.
Decant Majella GPL68 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon for roast beef, a charred ribeye or slow-braised lamb shoulder.
