When will my order arrive?

Orders placed are generally shipped within two working days. Delivery times may vary depending on source location and delivery location. For more information about a specific delivery contact us on [email protected].

Will I recieve a tracking number?

All orders from our warehouse will be sent via Australia Post and customers will receive tracking information from Australia Post as soon as they have your order. Orders that come directly from our 400+ wineries, distributors and importers may be sent via couriers that do not provide tracking information.

How much does shipping cost?

Australia wide shipping is free of charge for all orders over $300. Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will incur a $10 delivery fee.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not currently ship outside of Australia.

How can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Get in touch with us at [email protected] with a reference of your order number and we can cancel or amend and refund your order if necessary.

What is your return policy if If the wine is faulty?

Keep the product in its original packaging along with all documents confirming the purchase. Contact our team on [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

How do I request a refund for my wine order?

How long does it take for refunds to be processed?

If a refund has been confirmed, our team will action the refund immediately and funds will be returned within 10 days.
