O’Leary Walker Winery is a highly regarded winery located in the beautiful Clare Valley region of South Australia. It is recognized as a James Halliday Five Red Star Winery.

The restaurant, located at our contemporary Clare Valley venue, offers an elevated menu which reflects the seasonality of ingredients from across our fruitful state. The winery offers lunch with full table service from Thursday to Sunday to suit everyone from couples to large groups. Led by head chef BJ, our restaurant was recognised as one of South Australia’s top 50 regional restaurants by delicious by The Advertiser Newspaper.

The winery was established by two experienced winemakers, David O’Leary and Nick Walker, who bring decades of expertise to their craft. Their dedication to producing wines of the highest quality is evident in the meticulous attention to detail throughout the winemaking process. Jack Walker, (Nick’s son) is the O’Leary Walker head winemaker who is a fourth gen winemaker.

David and Nick’s goal remains unchanged: they simply want, to make great wines with character and balance, with the ultimate reward of cellaring and improving with age. O’Leary Walker celebrated their 22nd year in 2022 and with an established reputation for producing award-winning regional wines which combine uncompromising quality with personality.
