St Anne’s Sparkling Brut NV is a pale‑straw, crisp sparkling white from Perricoota that brings green‑apple freshness, citrus zest and a touch of richness in a very sessionable style. It’s an easy, all‑occasion bubbly – more flavour than basic Prosecco, without getting too serious.

On the nose and palate, expect green apple, melon, white peach and grapefruit, with delicate floral notes and a lemon‑sorbet lift. The palate is quite rich for the price – lashings of stonefruit and preserved lemon over soft acidity, a hint of nuttiness and a savoury, gently bready finish from time on lees.
