Light straw-green in colour with a persistent, fine bead, it offers lifted aromatics of citrus zest, green apple and pear. The palate is soft yet refreshing, with creamy mousse, bright acidity and gentle minerality; balanced and easy drinking. No major awards listed as yet, but its quality shines through in its texture and vibrancy.
