This program has allowed us to explore the subtle nuances of our Toolleen Heathcote vineyard, and gain a deeper understanding of its unique and expressive personality.

COLOUR: Dark Ruby red with purple hues.

NOSE: Intense aromas of dark mulberries, fresh blackberries and anise with perfumed oak toast.

PALATE: The wine uncoils on the palate revealing layers of blood plum, blackberry, oak spice and complex savoury flavours. Focused fruit tannins work seamlessly with fine grained French oak, providing structure, balance and persistence to the deep core of concentrated, pure fruit.
