Dreissigacker Vintages Weiss Riesling, NV – crafted by Jochen Dreissigacker at his biodynamic estate near Bechtheim, Rheinhessen, Germany. This unique multi-vintage Riesling unites fruit from seven vintages (2017-2023), blending the juice of ripe, off-late harvest grapes, each aged separately on lees and fermented spontaneously before careful assemblage. It pours shimmering pale yellow. The aromatics are lifted: fresh lemon, nashi pear, grapefruit, with a dash of gingerbread spice and vanilla. The palate is bone-dry (~4.3 g/L RS), textured, and electric with vibrant acidity, tight mineral core and enduring length.
