Fermented wild from hand-harvested Pinot Noir clones 5, 6, 13, it matures 22 days on skins followed by 9 months in neutral oak; no fining, filtration or sulfites-pure and unadulterated expression. In the glass, it’s fragrant with poached plums, blackcurrant, mushroom and brown spice. The palate is plush yet linear, with fine tannins, gentle acidity and bright cherry-berry core unfolding into toast and chalky depth.
